Sales Manager/Manager OfAgents  (For Insurance Sector)
 
Job Description
 
• Achieve teamsales target
• Deliver supportto agents  through coaching and act as arole model
• Recruit qualifiedagents inline with manpower targets through recruitment support (recruitmentagency, ads, telecalling , etc) and own referrals
• Conduct weekly /monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information ,address common  problems and concerns andrally the team to achieve goals
• Set weeklyproduction target for team of agents
• Identify agentsdevelopment needs and work with Training Department to schedule  appropriate technical , product and skillstraining
• Visit /Co-ordinate with local telemarketing vendors to resolve performance issues andupdate on results
• Furtherrelationships with partner’s staff at their points of presence to generatequality leads for agents
• Accompany agentson customer  visits to support andimprove sales skill
• Co-ordinate/carryout training of Telecallers.
• Develop agents inline with career development / training requirements of the Company
 
Support Responsibilities:
 
• Motivate byproviding support , recognizing  goodperformers and arranging appropriate team-building activities
• Develop agents inthe furtherance of Company objectives
• Review agentperformance against target and identify training needs
• Ensure agentswork in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics andmaintain licensed status
• Work with Managerof Managers to establish realistic yet challenging target
• Complete regularand ad hoc reports promptly
• Schedule regularperformance reviews
• Make necessarydecisions based on agent performance
• Plan recruitmentactivities to maintain manpower levels
• Ensure servicelevels agreed are delivered
• Providemanagement  with competitor information
• Meet customers toresolve issues where necessary
• Handle complaintsin a timely and professional manner
• Host events forcustomers to develop new and long-term relationship
• Attend trainingand keep abreast of product and service developments
• Keep up-to-datewith market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process andlegislation and disseminate to team.
 
Qualification:
· Any Graduate orPost Graduate
 
Requirement:
· Should have goodcommunication skills,
· Interpersonal Skillsand
· Convincingskills.
· Must be a goodteam player
