Making a good career these days means either get Government job or become an engineer.
Almost all industries require engineers. Even jobs that are traditionally job mechanically
inclined – viz. sales, require engineering, or MBAs who are engineering graduates.
Even in engineering, you need to be good at what you do, what you learned.
Lastly having good infrastructure is also important – good labs with all the equipment
working in good condition is a prerequisite for good practical knowledge; and you must get
good at practicals.
